Very festive! A don't recall Arlington doing much to deck the streets. The trees had lights. But I miss the light fixture decorations that have metal garland and such shaped into Christmas bells or wreaths - of course CdA has those. Maybe I will try to get pictures today! -S
The trees are covered in lights, there are huge hanging baskets of holiday greenery and the Brewery Blocks are rosy with the sunset. I love December.
