Yipes. This house and the lot next door were for sale. I had thoughts of buying them both. I didn't, but someone else did and it looks like this house is not long for this world. Given that this is on Interstate, I expect something multi-family will sprout in its place.
Oh man, it's sad to see a cute old Portland house get torn down.

ReplyDeletePeople were living in it until they sold it. It's just recently they boarded everything up. It does make more sense, from an investment standpoint, to raze it and put three or four places there. But I like big yards. And old houses. So I'm a bit sad.
