True! It seems that the practice of multiple cards and cash goes over better here. I wonder if more people just go out here and demand/expect/just do the multiple payer thing. We do it all of the time, but always have to figure and figure! Though I cannot recall any restaurant getting fussy about it in a LONG LONG time. Great question! -S
